I always love meeting a new attorney. Often people that I work with need a good Attorney. One such instance was when I was working with Nathan Johns of Folt Martin in Atlanta Georgia, I was buying a promissory note and the owner of the company that owned the promissory note passed away and was without a will so his heir who only had an unofficial will was left needing to file probate and obtain a letter of testamentony. I was thankful I found a good attorney and just today I spoke with Mr. Morris of Morris, Hall & Kinghorn from his Pheonix AZ office and he gave the excellent advice of suggesting note holders create a trust so that they can avoid such a situation and sell their mortgage hassle free!
